The Prologue
We needed a project. Three years of galavanting the globe, living and studying yoga in India, shedding houses, exes and even some weight, and rolling into our 4th decade, we were in search of something to DO, a meaningful, creative something that would enrich lives, both ours and others.
The idea landed in our laps, almost like a decree from our 91-year-old yoga guru – a San Francisco school is needed: “Yes, you do.” Why not, we thought? Live in the city, open a dedicated ashtanga school and restore an old Eduardian -- it was perfect. And seemed so simple. Now, armed with a giant building with several tenants to landlord, city noise and traffic in our face, and a major remodel in the forecast, this hippie from the hills and metro-bohemian are in for one big adventure: Introducing the Page Project.....
